Aries was inspired by the artist Olafur Eliasson’s concept and set design for the ballet Tree of Codes, in which dancers wore all-black suits, highlighted with LEDs. Aries creates a piece where the points of light are the focus, and the structure itself is as minimal as possible while flexible enough to create constellation-like forms that recall the night sky, with its bright and sparkling lights refracted through the glass prisms.
