For this collaboration with Henzel Studio, contemporary artist Marilyn Minter appropriated her photograph Cracked Glass. An image of disrupted and disruptive beauty, the rug explores the art work's simultaneous lushness and decay. Through the use of variable pile heights, the cracks from the image have been woven into the surface texture while the water drops are elevated and have been enhanced with silk, adding a contrasting sheen.
