HENZEL STUDIO will be exhibiting a selection of art carpets at THE NEW, Twentieth’s exhibition space beginning with an opening on June 20, 2019. Curated by Joakim Andreasson of cultureEDIT and designed in collaboration with Calle Henzel, several of the rugs will be making their US debut, including ones by Jonathan Horowitz, Carsten Höller, Bjarne Melgaard and Jwan Yosef.

Twentieth is also pleased to present the first art rug designed by Videre Licet (Daniele Albright and Stefan Lawrence) in collaboration with Henzel Studio. “Both Daniele and I are delighted to collaborate on carpets with Henzel Studio, a company and team with an extremely strong DNA and footprint in the art world ” said Lawrence. The exhibition will mark the 20th anniversary of both Henzel Studio and Twentieth.
